They have a secured pipeline of projects for the next 12 months and can guarantee you job security and a fascinating range of projects.

As a small MEP and Sustainability Consultancy with eight permanent MEP staff, yes you will be busy, however, it will be manageable as they never take on more work than they can deliver and never enter a "fastest race to the bottom" bidding war against other consultants for project work.

Their work comes to them by direct appointment due to the quality and level of detail they produce on every single project. This ensures they achieve a profit and not loss on every single project they undertake which means more money invest into salaries, employee benefits and an annual bonus.

Here you'll be involved in projects across RIBA Stages 0 - 7 (not just RIBA Stages 2 to 4) and get involved in everything from feasibility studies, surveys, planning, performance specifications, concept, and detailed design as well as monitoring and supervising the installation, during the construction stage.

You'll use a variety of building services software such as IESVe, Bentley Open Buildings Designer and Revit MEP to design, simulate and model how a variety of buildings will perform in use.
