Senior Building Physics Engineer - To £60K Package Hybrid Working
Due to the recent retirement of their previous Head of Energy and Sustainability, this Building Services Engineering Consultancy are looking for a Senior Building Physics Engineer.
Ideally, you'll already be a Low Carbon Energy Assessor (Level 5 EPC Accredited, using IES) and currently working as a Senior Building Physics Engineer. However, they are also happy to consider someone who can step up into this role.
As a Building Physics Engineer, you'll help demystify science-based targets and their role in net zero strategies, and assist in the production of energy strategies, on both a building and a master planning level.
You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects across the education, commercial, leisure, hospitality, and residential sectors. You'll use IESVe or IES Apache HVAC to model the use of district energy systems and a range of innovative low-carbon and renewable technologies to ensure the buildings or developments become true, Net Zero Carbon Buildings.
You'll enjoy these projects all the way through from feasibility to post occupancy. You'll have direct access to the founding partners and enjoy working in a relaxed, yet professional working atmosphere.

Principal Electrical Engineer - London £58K to £68K autonomy iconic projects
This Principal Electrical opportunity will allow you to lead iconic, large scale (£100M - £500M) residential, mixed-use and hotel projects across the UK and abroad.
Building off their most profitable year, their 150 strong Building Services team is currently involved in a £1.5B regeneration project in West London and 250-meter, high-rise tower in Dubai and has also just been appointed on another £500M project in Zone 1, London.
You'll become a key member of a team that has unmatched experience designing liveable, low carbon and zero carbon buildings. Their engineers don't just understand how to create spaces that are great, for the people that occupy them; they create environments and communities that are also great for society.
Reporting to the Head of Electrical, you'll be responsible for ensuring all projects continue to push the boundaries of technical design, remain innovative and set new standards when it comes to low carbon, building design.
As a key member of their interdisciplinary team, as a Principal Electrical Engineer you'll have a big impact on the future direction and success of their Building Services offering. You'll also help upskill the team and provide clients with an unmatched level of service and quality of project delivery.
You'll continue to lead by example and encourage the use of AI, Digital tools, and automation to improve the quality and detail of the projects that you will deliver.

Senior Electrical Project Manager

You will take full ownership as a Senior Electrical Project Manager and lead a prestigious mixed-use development, featuring both a high-end Commercial new build (Cat A) and a Residential building with 69 units. This £50 million project is split between £35 million for the Commercial sector and £15 million for the Residential aspect.
Designed to be fossil fuel-free, this project is 100% electric and will achieve Net Zero Carbon in operation. The site’s innovative energy system includes ground source heat pumps that meet 95% of its heat demand through energy sharing, storage, and offset.
