Building Services Design Engineer - To £50K Package 3 days a week from home
Due to growth, I have a unique opportunity for a Building Services Design Engineer with a Sustainability led MEP Design Consultancy based near Old Street.
Established by a former AECOM Regional Director, this consultancy offers the best of both worlds. The close knit and friendly vibe of a small company, whilst they still work on the large flagship projects in Central London, normally associated with the much larger practices.
Rather than only getting involved in the design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, here you will also assist with PH Design, evidence-based Building Physics and even a bit of Electrical design if you like.
Supported and mentored by the Director, Associate or Principal you'll help design low or zero carbon new build developments, and also get involved in the decarbonisation of existing buildings and promote a circular economy.
You'll help tackle the climate emergency and enjoy working directly with end user clients, developers and also inhouse and external architects. You'll benefit from a varied role consisting of both office based and site based duties, and plenty of autonomy.
