With a choice of 2 landmark schemes in London you will be predominately site-based, working as part of an experienced MEP Project Team, assisting the Project Manager in the successful delivery, including Commissioning and Handover.

Projects include:

A development comprising of 3 highly sustainable buildings targeting net zero carbon and a BREEAM “Outstanding” certification. Coupled with healthy, green areas and terraces to inspire creative collaboration and social interaction.

A pioneering mixed-use development in the Heart of The City providing flexible accommodation for a mix of uses including over 300,000 square feet of Retail space arranged around a new Retail arcade over four levels, and 375,000 square feet of new Commercial Office space above.

You will be a Mechanical Project Engineer with 6-10 years experience showing a stable employment history working ideally with a Tier 1 Building Services Contractor on Projects circa. £5-30m (M&E).

    We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager to oversee a high-profile project at a leading University in Bristol. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the Mechanical Building Services aspect of a complex project where you take responsibility for £30m overseeing 8 staff, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    You will demonstrate a proven experience in managing Mechanical Building Services schemes on large-scale construction projects circa £20/30m, ideally within the Education sector.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
    Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
    In-depth knowledge of building services systems, with a focus on mechanical engineering.
