You'll also liaise with manufactures on all M&E systems and promote the use of innovative technologies to ensure every design is consistent, cost effective and sustainable.

    You'll use your expert HVAC Design skills to ensure the consultants are not overengineering systems and ensure value engineering is at the core of the design process.

    As projects progress to site, you'll help monitor the sub-contractor's electrical and mechanical installation progress of works. You'll help identify any technical issues or risks, respond to any RFI's, and keep the Head of Building Services updated with any changes.

    Benefits

    • Basic salary up to £65K
