The Electrical Package is circa. £75m and will increase to in excess of £100m over the next phase. This is an excellent opportunity to you to develop your career on one of the largest Hyperscale Data Centres in London.
As an Electrical Building Services Project Manager, possessing a reputable industry qualification (HND/Degree) and a track record in handling projects upwards of £10 million, particularly in Mission Critical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences sectors with esteemed Building Services Contractors, you'll find yourself perfectly positioned for success.
Proficiency in Commissioning and a knack for navigating EPMS/BMS Systems will be highly advantageous, complemented by your adeptness in all facets of Electrical Engineering Services.
Under the guidance of a Project Director, your responsibilities will span from delivering an Electrical Package circa. £10-20m overseeing the Electrical team involving Engineering and Design Development to crafting and presenting Technical Submittals for approval. Engage in seamless collaboration with Vendors, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, and Specialist Designers to ensure the seamless specification, validation, and value engineering of products and equipment destined for the project's success.
