Salary: Up to £80k + Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days Holiday

About the Role:
You will be an enthusiastic Mechanical Estimator. You will focus on complex and challenging tenders up to £200m (M&E) and have the opportunity to advance your career within the supportive practice. You should have a stable employment history and experience submitting tenders for large, iconic developments with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MEP Contractor.
Opportunities to work on some of London’s most iconic projects with the full support from a solid team of Estimators and Administrators. Openings for independent work and career progression with a competitive salary and benefits package, including Healthcare, Pension, and 25 days holiday.
Working hours are 8am – 5pm, it is very rare you will be working later as the business adheres to a good work / life balance.

This £50 million project is split between £35 million for the Commercial sector and £15 million for the Residential aspect.
Designed to be fossil fuel-free, this project is 100% electric and will achieve Net Zero Carbon in operation. The site’s innovative energy system includes ground source heat pumps that meet 95% of its heat demand through energy sharing, storage, and offset.
