Electrical Estimator (Building Services)
Location: London (City)
Salary: £80/90k, Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days Holiday

This business has previously delivered landmark buildings within Commercial (High Rise), Data Centres, Life Sciences and Healthcare to name a few spaces.

Having accelerated over the past few years increasing turnover by over 25%, further forecasts are estimated for 25/40% growth, they retained all their staff and not having to furlough anyone during Covid, they have strengthened in sectors they are familiar with while opening new doors in other spaces. Many of their staff and Directors have progressed from Apprentices.

Staff retention averages 15 years and career development is strongly supported.

You will be an enthusiastic Electrical Estimator focussed on working complex and challenging tenders ranging from £5-100m (M&E) and keen to further your own career within a supportive practice.

Demonstrating a stable employment track record submitting tenders on large, iconic developments with a Tier 1 Contractor or Tier 2 Contractor.

This opportunity with a Tier 1 market leader, with allow you excellent exposure on London’s most iconic schemes where you will be fully supported by a solid team of Estimators and Administrators and have the opportunity to also work independently.
