MEP Building Services Revit Technician - To £45K Package

Due to continued growth across the UK and a steady influx of additional projects, we have an immediate need for a Revit MEP Technician to join this international Building Services consultancy.

Based in their funky, open plan studio near Kings Cross you will enjoy working in a very collaborative and design led environment on a range of hotel, mixed-use, large scale residential, education and commercial office projects from RIBA Stages 2-4.

Reporting to the BIM / CAD Manager you will be responsible for taking 2D drawings and Engineers mark ups and creating fully coordinated Revit MEP models from scratch following PAS 1192-2 standards. The ideal MEP Revit Technician will have at least three years' full time experience using Revit MEP, can manage their own time efficiently, can work as part of a team and can draw all MEP Services into a Revit model with limited supervision.
